Huntington Beach also known as “Surf City”, is where the US Open of Surfing is held every year. Huntington Harbour is also located in the City of Huntington Beach. It is divided into 5 island communities, Admiralty, Davenport, Gilbert, Humbolt and Trinidad.

Seal Beach& Rossmoor are located on the north western corner of Orange County bordering the city of Long Beach, and Los Angeles County. Old town Seal Beach is known for its nostalgic seaside community. With the exception of the Senior community of Leisure world, entry level homes start around $900,000 and go to $10,000,000 and up. Rossmoor is located just inland from Seal Beach. The Rossmoor community is easy to recognize because of its red brick "signature wall" that borders the entire unincorporated community.

Sunset Beach & Surfside are located just north of Huntington Beach across from Huntington Harbour. These beach communities have a range of multi-unit rentals as well as multi-million dollar beach front homes. Surfside is a gated beach front community situated next door to Sunset Beach. The community of Surfside has a population of just 456 residents according to the census in 2010.

Costa Mesa is home to South Coast Plaza with its 322 high end retailers, it is one of the highest volume retailers in the nation. East Side Costa Mesa backs up to the back bay in Newport Harbor. Many of the homes there fetch comparable prices as well. Other neighborhoods in Costa Mesa include Mesa Verde, Mesa Del Mar, Monticello, Downtown, Halecrest, and College Park.

Fountain Valley’s most visited attraction is Mile Square Regional Park, a 640-acre park containing two lakes three 18-hole golf courses, playing field, picnic area, 20 acre urban-nature area planted with California native plants, a 55-acre recreation center with tennis courts, basketball courts, racquetball, gymnasium, Boys and Girls Club, and Senior Center. Fountain Valley is comprised have many lovely family neighborhoods with high rated public schools. Neighboring cities include Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, and Santa Ana.

Santa Ana is the location of the Court House as well as John Wayne Airport. Some of the more preferred neighborhoods in Santa Ana include Thornton Park, Northwest, West Grove Valley, Meredith Parkwood, Riverview, Morrison-Eldridge Park, Floral Park, and Portola Park. Many areas that were once part of Santa Ana have had their jurisdiction changed to Newport Beach and North Tustin.
 
Tustin’s most exclusive community is Tustin Ranch with its high-end estate homes. Nearly all the communities in Tustin Ranch surround the Tustin Ranch Golf Course, an 18-hole championship level course that has been named Orange County’s finest Golf Course. This 165- acre community winds through the foothills and has several man-made lakes.

Orange California’s most notable communities include its Old Towne district which has retained the original character from when it was built prior to 1920. Some Estates in Orange Hills not only have amazing city lights views, but on a clear day can see all the way to Catalina. Communities in Orange include Lemon Heights, Cowen Heights, Parkridge Estates, Serrano Heights, and Belmont Estates.

Villa Park has a population of just under 6000 residents. The average lot size is roughly a half acre. This city is an affluent section of North Orange County mostly comprised of estate homes. Villa Parks is located next to Orange and Anaheim Hills.

Yorba Linda is home to the Richard Nixon Library and birthplace. It sits on the eastern border of Orange County off the 91 Freeway. You will find equestrian estates as well as lake front homes in Yorba Linda. Neighborhoods include East Lake, Eastlake Heights, East Lake Village, Fairgreen, Fairmont Hill, Fairmont Knolls, Fox Field, Amalfia Hills, Broken Hill Ct, Charter Hill & Prominence, Club View Drive, Country Estates, Country Homes, Grandview, Hidden Hills, Hickory, Kerrigan Ranch, Old Village, Parkside Estates. Anaheim Hills is the eastern portion of the City of Anaheim. It is easily accessible by the 91 and 55 Freeways.
