Meet Brian Juris

Brian Juris developed the beginning of his real estate career through extensive hands-on property management experience in Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego) since 2018. From marketing, lease ups of existing and brand new construction luxury buildings, property maintenance, tenant relations, interior design, construction, and renovations, this experience has allowed him to develop a passion for the Southern California luxury coastal lifestyle. Brian was able to close over 300 new lease transactions over the course of his career, providing him with valuable insight into lease contract negotiations, and intimate knowledge of the landlord/tenant/property manager relationship mix. 

Brian is excited about the intricate details of homes, especially the thoughtfulness and scope of the interior design, construction quality, architectural styling, and usefulness of each space, including landscape amenities and the fusion of indoor/outdoor living.
