Leveraging career expertise in finance, accounting, and project management for development and new home construction, Pete is adept at collaborating across teams and agencies to achieve successful results.
In addition to his combination of professional experiences that enhance his real estate service orientation, Pete earned a BA, Sociology at the University of California, Irvine and MBA in Finance at California State University, Fullerton’s Mihaylo College of Business and Economics with a focus on Finance and Real Estate. Pete offers his clientele a strong understanding of market behavior and the business landscape in Southern California. Pete offers a keen perspective on local real estate having worked at development engineering consulting firms, custom homebuilders and development and investment companies including The Irvine Company.
An Orange County resident and homeowner, Pete thrives when supporting clients to orient them with the complexity and nuances of a home purchase or sale. Pete’s remarkable diligence is inspired by his appreciation for how the home building, buying, and sales process can bring visions to life for clients. Pete is dedicated to bringing aspirations for home ownership to the local community by volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, Urban Land Institute, and The Building Industry Association. Pete is also beginning a 2-year term as a planning commissioner for the City of Laguna Niguel.
